A high Rankix Score means a candidate's profile carries a lot of verified, well-rounded evidence - it does not mean they're the right fit for your specific role, team, or stage of company. Use the score to prioritize who to look at first, then read the evidence behind each factor before making a decision.
Pay attention to the band, not just the number: Exceptional (850-1000) and Strong (700-849) candidates typically have deep, cross-verified evidence. Competitive (550-699) and Developing (350-549) candidates may simply be earlier in building out their verified profile, not necessarily less capable.
When Rankix's AI match feature explains why a candidate matches a role, that explanation is grounded in the candidate's actual profile data and logged for audit - it's meant to save you time reading, not to replace your judgment on fit.
