What is a Rankix Score, really?

A plain-language walkthrough of the six factors behind the 0-1000 score, and why the weights are locked.

A Rankix Score is a single number, from 0 to 1000, that summarizes how well-evidenced a candidate's professional profile is. It isn't a personality test, a coding-challenge result, or a recruiter's opinion - it's a weighted combination of six factors: skills, experience, projects, certifications, credibility, and education.

The weights are locked at 30% skills, 20% experience, 15% projects, 15% certifications, 10% credibility, and 10% education. They don't change per recruiter, per job, or per candidate - the same formula runs for everyone, every time your profile changes.

What makes the score different from a resume score or an ATS keyword match is verification. Every factor is scored higher when the underlying claim is backed by evidence - a linked certification, a verified project, a confirmed employment record - rather than just typed into a text field.
